# Start translating

> Get started with translating Quark!

## Start translating

Quark uses Weblate to manage translations. This means that you can easily contribute to the translations of Quark by visiting our [Weblate project](https://languages.quark.bot/engage/quark-bot/).

## How to contribute

    Sign up for an account [here](https://languages.quark.bot/accounts/register/), and verify your email address.
    <Warning>Your email will be public. If you don't want this, you can change it to the provided no-reply email in the next step.</Warning>

    Head to your [profile settings](https://languages.quark.bot/accounts/profile/), and change your email to the provided no-reply email - it should look something like `username@users.noreply.languages.quark.bot`.

    Visit the [Quark project](https://languages.quark.bot/engage/quark-bot/) on Weblate and start translating!
