Sign up for a Weblate account.
Sign up for an account here, and verify your email address.
Change your email to the provided no-reply email.
Head to your profile settings, and change your email to the provided no-reply email - it should look something like
[email protected].Start translating!
Visit the Quark project on Weblate and start translating!
