Getting Started

A plan belongs to your Discord account, not to a server. After you buy one, you choose which servers it covers.

Apply your plan to a server

After checkout you are taken to a setup page. Choose a server and press Apply. You can also do this at any time from your inventory.You need Administrator, Manage Server, Manage Channels or Manage Webhooks in a server to apply a plan to it.

Add the Quark Pro bot (Quark Pro only, optional)

Quark Pro comes with a second bot, Quark Pro, which you can run alongside the main bot. Add it from the same setup page, or with the Pro invite link.
Apply your plan to the server before you add the Pro bot. The Pro bot checks the server’s plan when it joins, and leaves if the server does not have Quark Pro yet.

Use the paid features

The paid features are available straight away on the main Quark bot. You do not have to add the Pro bot to get them. Logging of bot actions stays off until you turn it on under Logging → Ignore Rules.Quark posts a Server Upgraded log in your Quark Events channel when the plan is applied.

How many servers

Each plan covers up to 10 servers that you choose. Pro Lite earned by redeeming votes covers up to 5.
  • A server can only have one plan applied at a time. If someone else’s plan is already on a server, they have to remove it before you can apply yours.
  • To move your plan, remove a server in your inventory and add another. There is no limit on how often you do this.

The Quark Pro bot

The Pro bot is a separate bot with its own configuration. On the dashboard, switch between the Quark and Quark Pro tabs to configure each one. Running both gives you two independent sets of logs, so one can act as a backup for the other. You do not need it. A server with Quark Pro gets every Pro feature on the main bot. Pro Lite does not include the Pro bot.

Paying

Subscriptions are paid through Stripe, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. Lifetime, packs and gifts are one-off payments. The pricing page shows the payment methods available for each. For changing plan, cancelling, failed payments and refunds, see managing your plan.
